Innovaccer builds AI agents for healthcare that automate administrative work, so care teams can get back to care. As a Lead Product Designer, you'll design the interfaces and workflows that make that autonomy usable, trustworthy, and clear for the organizations who rely on it. This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll set the craft bar, mentor designers across teams, and lead the hardest design problems in your area through the quality of your thinking, the products you ship, and your influence on others.
