Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (Canada, Australia & Germany) will oversee end-to-end operations for Infinite NXT's international markets while being based on-site in Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role includes managing daily operational activities, aligning cross-border teams, and ensuring that processes support the company's growth, compliance, and customer experience goals. The COO will develop and implement operational strategies, streamline workflows, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate closely with product, finance, and technology teams. Additional responsibilities include optimizing resource allocation, supporting market entry and expansion plans, managing risk,



and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the regions.
Qualifications

- Solid Business Planning and strategic management skills, with experience designing and executing growth plans for international markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, drive decisions, and identify operational improvements.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting, including cost control, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Proven leadership experience in senior operations or COO roles, ideally in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
- Experience working with or overseeing teams in Canada, Australia, and Germany, and familiarity with regional regulatory and market environments.
- Relevant academic background such as an MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Track record of driving operational excellence, managing change, and scaling organizations in high-growth environments.
