Role Description The Security Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Prayagraj, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned premises. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring access points, conducting regular security checks, and overseeing surveillance systems to prevent unauthorized entry or suspicious activity. The role involves coordinating with management to implement security protocols, documenting incidents, and responding swiftly to emergencies or escalations. The Security Specialist will work closely with team members to maintain orderly operations, support incident investigations, and ensure compliance with company security procedures and relevant regulations.



This position requires a strong presence on-site, active patrolling, and clear communication with staff, visitors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Physical Security skills, including access control, patrolling, incident monitoring, and threat assessment.
- Candidates should possess Cybersecurity and Information Security skills, including awareness of data protection practices and basic security protocols for systems and devices.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, such as understanding of secure network usage, firewall basics, and recognizing potential network threats.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, incident documentation, coordination with teams, and interaction with clients or visitors.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in security or law enforcement, knowledge of emergency response procedures, ability to work in shifts, and familiarity with CCTV and alarm systems.
- Relevant certifications in security or safety, and a high school diploma or equivalent education, are preferred.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and follow company policies and legal guidelines is essential.
