About the Role

We are looking for a Senior PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven and capable of independently managing campaigns, optimizing ad spend, generating qualified leads, and scaling campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads/PPC campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube.
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets for maximum ROI.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate & ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies and landing pages.
- Develop retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
- Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Track campaigns using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4 & Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling.




- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Work closely with sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Experience managing substantial monthly advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of paid marketing funnels, targeting and retargeting.
- Good knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & Conversion API.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Agency experience is a plus.

We need someone who can own paid advertising end-to-end — from strategy and campaign setup to optimization, reporting and scaling.

The ideal candidate should be able to look at campaign data, understand what is working, what isn't, why it isn't working, and what needs to be done next.
