As we continue to expand our footprint across Jaipur, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Operations Executive to join our team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, Jaipur-based Field Operations Executive to oversee daily screen monitoring, capture Proof of Play (POD/POP) media, and handle basic on-site technical troubleshooting across our outdoor digital screen network in Jaipur.

This role requires high mobility, on-demand availability throughout the day (morning, afternoon, and evening slots), and proactive operational support to ensure uninterrupted display performance and timely campaign reporting for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Proof of Play (POD) Collection: Visit assigned digital screen locations across Jaipur to capture high-quality photo and video proof of play during required slots (morning, afternoon, and evening).
- On-Demand Field Travel: Travel across different zones in Jaipur on short notice based on client campaign requirements and monitoring schedules.
- Screen Operations & Maintenance: Perform routine physical and basic technical inspections of screen display hardware, power supplies, internet connectivity, and player devices.
- Issue Troubleshooting & Escalation: Promptly identify display glitches, downtime, offline screens,



or hardware issues; perform basic level-1 troubleshooting on-site or coordinate with the central tech team for quick resolution.
- Asset Tracking & Reporting: Log daily visits, maintenance status, and POD media structured into daily field activity reports.
- Coordination with Local Teams: Work closely with campaign ops, tech teams, and local venue partners to ensure seamless display operations.

Qualifications

- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Jaipur city routes, neighborhoods, and commercial areas. Local residents preferred.
- Personal Vehicle & Driving License: Must possess a reliable two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter) with a valid driving license for continuous daily field travel.
- Flexible Availability: Willingness to work flexible, on-demand hours across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts to cover POD deadlines.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic technical understanding of digital displays, media players, smart TVs, routers, and electrical setups.
- Smartphone & Media Capture Skills: Proficiency in using smartphones to take crisp photo/video proof, upload files promptly, and navigate reporting tools or mobile apps.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in field operations, OOH/DOOH monitoring, logistics support, or technical field service. Freshers with robust local knowledge and a high ownership mindset are welcome to apply.

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be given preference:

- Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) or Outdoor Advertising (OOH) Operations
- Field Service Engineering / Hardware Support
- Local Logistics, Surveying, or Field Auditing
- Technical Support / Audio-Visual Maintenance
