Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of IPD & OPD billing operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, bill posting, and final bill generation.
- Supervise TPA, insurance, corporate, and cash billing processes.
- Monitor billing errors, pending bills, and revenue leakage.
- Coordinate with Clinical, Front Office, TPA, Finance, and other departments for smooth billing operations.
- Ensure timely submission and settlement of TPA/insurance claims.
- Handle billing-related patient/attendant escalations.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory requirements, and audit guidelines.
- Prepare and share regular MIS/reports related to billing and collection.
