Growwithlegacy helps Salon Owners and Makeup Artists grow their businesses through practical Instagram marketing and implementation-based coaching.

We are looking for a robust consultative Sales Closer to join our growing sales team.

What You'll Do

- Handle 40+ warm, high-intent leads/day
- Conduct sales calls and convert qualified prospects
- Build rapport and understand the prospect's business challenges
- Handle objections and confidently close sales
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate lead updates in Google Sheets
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Who We're Looking For

- 1–3+ years of Sales / Inside Sales / Closing experience
- Experience in Coaching, EdTech, Online Courses, Consulting or similar preferred




- Strong Hindi communication skills
- Good conversational English
- Strong objection handling and closing ability
- Excellent follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working with targets
- Highly coachable, process-driven and resilient
- Consultative rather than aggressive selling style

Compensation

30,000–40,000 Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives
