Role Description The Senior Customer Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing customer-focused marketing programs that drive engagement, retention, and expansion. This role oversees customer segmentation, messaging, and campaigns across multiple channels, aligning initiatives with sales and account management teams to support revenue growth.



Daily responsibilities include building customer marketing plans, analyzing customer insights and performance data, managing advocacy and reference programs, and creating content and offers tailored to customer needs. The Senior Customer Marketing Manager also collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to refine go-to-market strategies, improve customer journeys, and measure the impact of customer marketing activities.
