Role Description The Business Development Manager at Lamiwood Designer Floors will drive growth by identifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and distributors, and expanding the company’s market presence. The role involves prospecting and generating leads,



conducting client meetings and product presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The manager will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and implement strategic plans, gather market intelligence, and support promotional activities and events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Delhi, requiring regular field visits and in-person client interactions.
