Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in South kerala. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing strategic relationships, and expanding Simero Ceramic’s presence with architects, interior designers, builders, distributors, and key commercial accounts.



Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and production teams to align client needs with Simero’s collections, ensure consistent brand representation, and achieve sales and growth targets.
