Some of the world’s most creative brands, like Google, Doordash, Taco Bell, Clinical ink, SF 49ers, and Intelity, rely on Esper to deliver exceptional device experiences. Esper partners with the leading mobile device hardware manufacturers, solution providers, and distributors globally.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join Esper and build impactful features across both UI and backend systems. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end development of features, collaborate closely with Product and Design, and deliver scalable solutions that power our device management platform. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate development and productivity.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services, APIs, and distributed systems that handle millions of device interactions daily.
• Work across the full stack, building robust backend services as well as intuitive web applications and dashboards that our customers rely on.
• Collaborate with the Product, Design, and Customer facing team to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, design scalable solutions, and help shape our technical roadmap.
