As we continue to grow our digital presence, we are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can take ownership of our social media platforms, develop effective content strategies and be accountable for measurable growth across channels.

Job Role and Responsibilities
● Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
● Take ownership of overall social media performance and work towards consistent growth in reach, engagement, followers and content performance.
● Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.




● Analyse social media insights and performance data to identify what is working and where improvements are required.
● Develop strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, audience retention and brand visibility.
● Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, content creators and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of content.
● Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, algorithms, content styles and emerging opportunities.
● Identify and test new content formats, hooks, trends and creative approaches to improve performance.
● Use AI tools to improve content research, ideation, planning, analysis and overall productivity.
● Monitor competitors and relevant fitness, wellness and lifestyle brands to identify opportunities and trends.
● Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotional activities.
● Coordinate with the performance marketing team where required to align organic and paid social strategies.
