Role Description The Maintenance Fitter role is a full-time, in office position based at Frontier Alloy Steels Ltd. in Paonta Sahib. The Maintenance Fitter will carry out routine and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations. Daily tasks include inspecting mechanical systems, diagnosing faults, performing repairs,



fitting and assembling components, and supporting preventive maintenance schedules. The role also involves collaborating with production teams to plan maintenance activities, maintaining accurate records of work performed, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The Maintenance Fitter is expected to respond to breakdowns promptly, contribute to improvements in equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the plant.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
