• Linux/AIX Administration
• Database Monitoring and Health Checks
• Q-Replication Setup and Management
• Shell Scripting for Automation and Monitoring
• Incident and Problem Management
• Database Security and User Management

Good to Have:
• Banking / Financial Services Domain Experience
• ServiceNow
• Change and Release Management
• High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
• Database Capacity Planning




• Automation and Monitoring Tools

Essential:
• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch DB2 databases.
• Monitor database performance and implement tuning recommendations.
• Perform database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Configure and support DB2 replication solutions, including Q-Replication.
• Conduct regular health checks and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot database issues at SQL and system levels.
• Support production incidents and ensure database availability.
• Automate routine administration activities using shell scripts.
• Work closely with application and infrastructure teams for database support.
• Maintain database security, compliance, and operational documentation.

Minimum Qualification:
• 15 years of full time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
