Role Description The Sales Manager is a contract role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for transformer and related solutions. Based in Bhopal in a hybrid capacity, the position involves working in office with clients and internal teams, while allowing some work-from-home flexibility for planning, reporting, and follow-ups.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, and conducting product presentations and negotiations with prospective and existing customers. The Sales Manager will collaborate with engineering and operations to align customer requirements with technical capabilities, coordinate order processing, and monitor project timelines. The role also includes regular market research, competitor analysis, sales forecasting, and preparing performance reports for leadership, while maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Proven experience in B2B sales or industrial equipment sales, preferably within transformers, power systems, or electrical infrastructure.
