The Role
We're looking for someone to run and manage ads for our brands on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, flipkart minutes and amazon now. This role is about running ads that drive sales, not category management.

What You'll Do
- Run ads on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, flipkart minutes and amazon now: search, banner, product listing and recommendation ads
- Manage ad budgets: allocation, daily spends and monthly planning against sales targets
- Handle keywords, bids and city/dark-store targeting to improve brand visibility
- Track ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions and ad-driven sales, and keep improving them
- Plan ads around platform sale days, festive seasons and new launches




- Share weekly and monthly reports with clear insights for clients
- Coordinate with platform teams, brand teams and our creative team

What We Need
- 3–5 years in digital ads, with at least 1–2 years running ads on Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart
- Hands-on experience managing ad budgets and ROAS
- Good with ad dashboards, Excel/Sheets and numbers
- Experience with Meta Cooperative Ads (CPAS) with Q-commerce partners is a plus

Good to Have
- Understanding of listings, pricing, offers and stock availability
- Experience with FMCG, food, personal care or D2C brands
- Agency experience handling multiple brands

Note: Profiles with only category management, key account or marketplace operations experience, without hands-on ad management, will not be considered.
