Frontline Capability & Early Tenure Stabilization
Drive succession visibility and internal mobility frameworks
Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy (Talent Management)
Analyses engagement survey outputs and design targeted interventions.
Create performance-linked recognition frameworks.
