About the Role

We are looking for a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand Znergy's presence across Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding retail and B2B partners, and driving sales growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Identify and onboard new sales channels and distribution points across Bangalore.
- Develop partnerships with sports centers, fitness studios, health cafés, corporate offices, supermarkets, wellness stores, and other relevant outlets.
- Generate new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Account & Operations Management
- Monitor stock movement across partner locations and ensure timely replenishment.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates on account growth.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding orders, deliveries, and inventory requirements.
- Raise invoices,



share them with clients, and maintain accurate documentation.

Collections & Payment Management
- Monitor payment cycles and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships with partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and account management.

Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, FMCG, food & beverage, or retail partnerships is preferred.
- Familiarity with Bangalore's retail, fitness, wellness, and corporate ecosystem is an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within Bangalore.
