Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh/WFH/Hybrid, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding KiAlt’s customer base among MFDs and other financial professionals. The person in this role will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering product demos, preparing proposals, and closing deals. They will build and nurture long-term client relationships, understand customer needs,



and collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offerings and messaging. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing sales reports, and contributing to sales strategy and forecasting. The Sales Manager will also participate in industry events, conduct market research, and support training and onboarding for new clients to ensure successful adoption of KiAlt’s solutions.
Qualifications
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in financial services or fintech sales, ideally working with Mutual Fund Distributors, wealth managers, or similar client segments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technology and investment concepts in clear, easy terms.
