Role Description The Hotel Receptionist role at YTS Hospitality is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and handling inquiries at the front desk. Daily tasks include managing reservations, answering phone calls, providing information about hotel services and local attractions, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs. The role also includes processing payments,



maintaining accurate guest records, and ensuring the reception area remains organized and welcoming. The Hotel Receptionist is expected to provide courteous, efficient service and uphold YTS Hospitality’s standards of professionalism and guest care.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, including front desk operations and guest service at a hotel or similar environment.
