Affluense is hiring a Sales Development Intern to work full-time from our Bengaluru office. Strong performers convert to a full time SDR role within 3 months.
• Role: Sales Development Intern, converting to full-time Sales Development Representative
• Location: Bengaluru office, 5 days a week. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
• Hours: Full-time, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Duration: 3-month internship, then a full-time offer based on performance

We work with 20+ enterprise wealth and BFSI firms. We’re backed by Zeropearl VC, Kunal Shah (CRED) and Pravin Jadhav (Dhan). We’re a small team, so you’ll work directly with the founders and see your impact on revenue every week.

What you’ll do




You’ll own the top of our sales funnel. That means reaching CXOs, business heads and senior RMs at wealth and BFSI firms, starting conversations and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.
Calling (the core of the role)
• Run focused calling blocks every day, about 3.5–4 hours on the phone
• Open conversations with senior decision-makers, handle objections and book meetings
• Follow up the same day by WhatsApp and email with everyone you connect with

Multi-channel outbound
• Run outbound sequences across calls, email and LinkedIn using our outbound tools and CRM
• Build and verify prospect lists using the Affluense platform and other data tools
• Keep the CRM accurate: every call, note and next step logged by the end of the day

Strategy
• Track what works, including openers, segments, times of day and channels, and suggest changes based on the data
• Write and test call scripts, email copy and LinkedIn m
