Role Description The Field Sales Executive – FMCG Food Business is a full-time, role based in Saket.

The role involves identifying and onboarding retail outlets, distributors, and institutional buyers for FMCG food products- Makhana , Dry fruits etc managing field sales activities, and driving revenue growth in assigned territories.

Responsibilities include regular market visits, product demonstrations, merchandising checks, and gathering competitor and consumer insights.

The Field Sales Executive will maintain strong relationships with retailers ,trade partners, ensure timely order booking and collections, and coordinate with internal teams for supply, promotions, and issue resolution.

The role also includes preparing periodic sales reports, tracking performance against targets, and supporting local marketing initiatives and product launches.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, territory management, and closing deals in FMCG or related sectors.




• Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and effective negotiation with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess basic numerical and analytical skills to track sales performance, interpret market data, and report field insights accurately.
• Relevant experience in FMCG food sales, retail distribution, or field sales will be highly beneficial.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if compensated by solid experience.
• Ability to work independently in the field, use digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, messaging apps), and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Comfort with local travel within assigned territories; know
