Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Support Executive to manage day-to-day operations, handle learner and tutor queries, and support sales and renewals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage learner and tutor queries through calls, chats, and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, tutor coordination, onboarding, and follow-ups on pending tasks and feedback.
* Engage with leads and trial users, explain platform features and learning plans, and drive conversions through effective counselling.
* Address learner concerns, provide relevant guidance, and ensure a smooth learning experience.




* Follow up with existing learners for plan renewals and contribute to learner retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Tutor Operations, and Tech, to resolve issues and streamline processes.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, sales conversions, and support-related activities.
* Work towards achieving sales, conversion, and renewal targets while maintaining solid communication and consistent follow-ups.

Requirements

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Good coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
* Comfortable handling customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales-related responsibilities.
* Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, and communication platforms.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and take ownership of responsibilities.
