Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with German-speaking customers.
Promote flights, holiday packages, car rentals, visa services, or online shopping products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve sales targets and conversion goals.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate customer records.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Required Skills
Fluency in German communication.
Experience in international sales or German-language sales processes.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
Positive customer-handling and communication abilities.
Target-oriented approach with a focus on conversions.
