Role Description The Agency Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve business targets for health insurance products. This full-time,



on-site role in Bengaluru involves recruiting, training, and mentoring agents, monitoring their performance, and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance standards. The Agency Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, support agents in field activities, and help build solid relationships with customers and channel partners. The role also includes tracking market trends, providing feedback for product and process improvements, and preparing regular reports on sales performance and operational metrics.
