Role Definition
A Manufacturing Engineer is Responsible for co-ordinating and optimizing manufacturing operations. The role ensures that production targets are met in terms of drawing and supporting files delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting plant engineers.

The Candidate must have experience in a manufacturing or fabrication workplace, with a significant portion in engineering role.

• Researching new materials and competitive products. Organizing, coordinating, and executing the building, testing,



and analysis of prototypes.
• Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
• Apply advanced manufacturing techniques and lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Design and develop custom tooling, jigs, and fixtures required for specialized fabrication.
• Conduct time studies and cost analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
• Responsible for fabrication processes for pressure vessels, piping systems, and other large-scale structures.
• Assisting supply specialists and buyers with supplier development and supplier performance. Overseeing the efforts of drafting and testing specialists.
