Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at the Casio Exclusive watch Store in Ludhiana. In this role, the Sales Specialist assists customers in selecting suitable watches, explains product features and benefits, and provides accurate information on pricing, promotions, and warranties. Daily responsibilities include welcoming customers, conducting product demonstrations, processing sales transactions,



handling exchanges and returns in line with store policies, and maintaining visual merchandising and stock displays. The Sales Specialist also supports inventory checks, participates in sales targets and promotional activities, and collaborates with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment. Ongoing tasks include staying updated on new collections, brand guidelines, and internal training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
