​About the Role:
We are hiring energetic and results-driven Branch Managers (BM) and Senior Branch Managers (Senior BM) for Satin Creditcare Network Ltd. to oversee branch operations, loan collections, portfolio management, and business expansion across Dhubri and Kokrajhar locations.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Oversee day-to-day branch activities and manage field staff/CSO teams effectively.
​Drive end-to-end loan collection, overdue recovery, and portfolio management.
​Ensure target achievement while maintaining high portfolio quality.
​Maintain regular customer follow-ups, field visits, and audit compliance.
​Key Requirements:
​Experience as Branch Manager / Senior BM in Microfinance (MFI) / NBFC / Banking.
​Robust leadership, team management, and collection skills.
​CIBIL Score must be 600+.
​Immediate joiners will be given priority.
