Home Locator is a PropTech and real estate company helping homebuyers in Bengaluru find the right residential property through personalised guidance and expert support.

About the Role
You’ll be the first conversation a homebuyer has with us. Your job is to understand what they’re looking for, match them with the right projects, and get them excited enough to visit the site.

What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective homebuyers
• Understand each customer’s budget, preferred location, and property needs
• Present relevant projects: pricing, amenities, and key features
• Qualify leads based on interest and purchase intent
• Build rapport through consistent follow-ups
• Schedule site visits and hand over qualified leads to the Sales Team




• Keep customer details and lead status updated in the CRM
• Handle questions and objections professionally
• Meet calling, lead qualification, and site visit targets.

What We’re Looking For
• 6 months – 2 years in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Telecalling
• Real estate experience preferred
• Clear, confident communication in English (Kannada/Hindi is a plus)
• Comfortable talking to people all day and enjoy building relationships
• Strong follow-up discipline and a target-driven mindset
• Working knowledge of any CRM
