Job Description
We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed with proper quality, safety, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction and site activities.
• Manage labour, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction quality, materials, and workmanship.
• Take site measurements and maintain MB/measurement records.
• Coordinate material requirements and site resources.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion.




• Identify and resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain daily site reports and coordinate with the project team.

Requirements
• Diploma in Civil Engineering required; B.Tech/B.E. will be an advantage.
• Experience as a Site Engineer or in construction site execution preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and measurements.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Positive communication and site-management skills.
• Willingness to work actively at construction sites.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Location: Sambalpur
Salary: ₹2.40 LPA (₹20,000/month)
During Probation: ₹2.04 LPA (₹17,000/month)
Joining: Immediate
