Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida,



responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for parking infrastructure projects. In this role, the specialist reviews tender notices and documents, analyzes technical and commercial requirements, and prepares compliant bids and proposals aligned with company standards and client expectations. The position involves coordinating with sales, engineering, finance, and procurement teams to gather necessary inputs, cost estimates, and technical specifications, ensuring timely submission of tenders. The Tendering Specialist tracks tender opportunities, maintains tender records and databases, and supports post-tender clarification, negotiation, and documentation.
