Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Ummeed Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Budaun.



The Relationship Manager will identify and engage prospective customers in the low and middle income segments, explain housing loan and loan against property products, and support applicants throughout the end-to-end loan process. Daily responsibilities include sourcing leads through field visits and local networking, conducting preliminary eligibility assessments, collecting and verifying documentation, and coordinating with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing. The role also involves maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, providing after-sales service, resolving queries, and promoting cross-sell opportunities where appropriate. Relationship Managers are expected to meet sales and portfolio quality targets while following regulatory guidelines and company policies.
