Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Kolkata. The Field Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, meeting prospective and existing customers,



and promoting Kepro’s lifting equipment and welding solutions in assigned territories. Daily activities include conducting market visits, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, preparing and following up on quotations, and negotiating orders in line with company policies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing, delivery, and after-sales support, maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Field Sales Executive is expected to gather market intelligence, build long-term customer relationships, and represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade events, and site visits.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in field sales, business development, and client relationship management within industrial or B2B sectors.
