Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bathinda, responsible for driving sales and lead generation through outbound and inbound calls. This role includes contacting prospective and existing customers,



explaining digital marketing and branding services, and identifying client needs to offer suitable solutions. The Telesales Executive will follow up on leads, maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM or tracking tools, and support the sales team in meeting individual and team targets. Day-to-day tasks also involve addressing basic customer questions, scheduling appointments or demos for senior team members, and collaborating with marketing and operations to ensure a smooth customer journey.
