Role Description The Guest Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Mountain Shadows Resorts in Vythiri. This role is responsible for overseeing the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed, informed, and supported. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, handling inquiries and feedback, resolving service issues, coordinating with front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams,



and managing special requests or events. The Guest Relations Manager will monitor guest satisfaction, implement service standards, and provide guidance and training to staff to maintain high levels of customer service. The role also involves maintaining accurate guest records, preparing reports on guest feedback, and supporting initiatives that enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Guest Relations and Customer Service, with a focus on creating positive and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
• Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through timely issue resolution, proactive service, and attention to guest needs and preferences.
• Experience in Training hospitality
