Role Description The Director of Sales Marketing is a full time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.



This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to grow market share, drive revenue, and strengthen LANVS India’s brand in the power solutions sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales planning, overseeing key account management, guiding business development initiatives, and ensuring customer-centric service delivery in collaboration with operational teams. The Director will design and monitor marketing campaigns, product positioning, and go-to-market plans, while analyzing market trends, competition, and performance data to optimize sales pipelines and pricing strategies. This position also involves mentoring and managing cross-functional teams, establishing performance targets, and coordinating with leadership on long-term growth plans and strategic partnerships.
