We are looking for a 2026 Graduate – Operations Analyst to join our team and support day-to-day business and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities• Manage and maintain operational data and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day activities.
• Track tasks, leads and operational performance.
• Prepare reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify process gaps and support process improvements.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree completed in 2026.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
