Role Description: The "Sales & Service Coordinator" is a full-time, in-office role based in Visakhapatnam, responsible for supporting sales and service activities for GENMA’s material handling solutions.

Work Experience – Warehouse Stock & dispatches & current stock arrivals, Import, basic accounting, Making Invoicing, Quotations, reports, Administrative & HR related work – with Min 1 year of hands-on experience.
Must be able to speak & communicate in – English, Telugu & Hindi.
Written – English. Candidate must be from Visakhapatnam ( Vizag )
Manage day-to-day office documentation, Invoicing, preparing quotations,



engineers' attendance & Leave, stock inventory; able to operate billing software like Vypaar or similar billing software. Coordination with respective overseas departments.
Should be smart and proactive to learn. May be required to visit our clients’ sites. Two-wheeler is a must.
Monday to Saturday. 10 am to 6 pm.
Will be employed through our Hr Dispatch company.
Salary + Insurance + Out-of-Vizag city Travel allowances & Food.
