Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team for our residential project in Dudulgaon, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and convert prospects into bookings.
* Conduct site visits and present project features, pricing, and amenities to clients.
* Follow up with prospective customers and maintain robust client relationships.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and booking commitments.
* Coordinate with the marketing team and channel partners to generate business.




* Maintain accurate lead records and regular sales reports.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
* Knowledge of Pune real estate markets will be an advantage.
* Target-driven, confident, and customer-focused approach.
* Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
