Industry Preference - Shipbuilding/ Oil & Gas /EPC
Qualification- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or Civil Engineering.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Engineer – Scheduling with experience in shipbuilding or heavy engineering to develop, monitor, and control project schedules. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects in line with contractual milestones and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare and track charts and critical path (CPM) to ensure timely project execution .
• Monitor progress, identify delays and risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, QA/QC, and subcontractors for schedule adherence .




• Conduct progress review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
• Perform resource planning and forecasting for manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Track project performance and support planning & cost control functions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

Skills Required
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Strong understanding of CPM, scheduling techniques, and project lifecycle.
• Positive knowledge of shipbuilding processes (piping, hull, outfitting, etc.)
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
