Role Description The Captain (Café & Resort) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations at the café and resort. The Captain supervises service staff, coordinates table and guest assignments, ensures prompt and courteous service, and handles guest inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities include monitoring cleanliness and presentation of service areas, aligning staff schedules with peak business hours, and supporting smooth coordination between the kitchen and service team.



The role also involves training new team members on service standards, maintaining basic inventory for service-related items, and assisting with billing and closing procedures. The Captain is expected to model professional conduct, uphold safety and hygiene guidelines, and contribute to an overall positive guest experience.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of café and resort front-of-house operations, including guest seating, order coordination, and service flow.
• Proven ability to supervise and guide service staff, with skills in team coordination and basic shift planning.
