Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Office Credit Card position at HDFC Bank. The role involves driving credit card sales by engaging with walk-in and referred customers, explaining product features,



and recommending suitable card options. Responsibilities include processing applications, coordinating with back-office teams for documentation and verification, and ensuring timely activation of cards. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, following compliance and KYC guidelines, and meeting assigned sales and quality targets. Team members are expected to provide responsive customer service, resolve queries related to credit cards, and actively participate in branch-level marketing and promotional activities.
