Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru Yelahanka. This role is responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and guiding them to the appropriate departments or clinicians. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling basic clerical work such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.



The receptionist ensures a professional and empathetic workplace at the front desk, supports smooth patient flow, and coordinates with clinical and administrative teams as needed.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally and empathetically with patients and visitors.
• Phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills to manage calls, appointments, and front desk operations efficiently.
• Clerical skills, including basic computer proficiency, data entry, and record-keeping, to support administrative processes.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a busy clinical environment.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer-facing role; healthcare or clinic experience is an advantage.
• Comfort working with confidential information and adherence to privacy and profession
