We are seeking an energetic, organized, and hands-on Marketing Executive to coordinate 360-degree brand operations. In this high-impact execution role, you will manage organic social channels, spot cultural and beverage trends, serve as the vital liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams to execute activations, manage agency and influencer collaborations, and spearhead vendor sourcing and deployment of POSM/merchandise across on-trade and off-trade outlets. You will also keep marketing projects on schedule, maintain reporting dashboards, and streamline cross-functional communications.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Social Media Management & Trend Identification
Content Publishing & Community Management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across brand social handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook); monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to drive active community engagement.
Trendspotting & Real-Time Marketing: Identify viral audio, reels formats, pop-culture moments, and beverage/lifestyle trends; translate them into rapid,



witty social content aligned with Maka Di and Borécha brand tones.
Performance Tracking: Monitor social metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rates, follower growth) and compile monthly analytics decks to inform content refinement.

B. Sales & Marketing Liaison (Activation Planning & Execution)
Bridging Commercial & Brand Objectives: Act as the primary operational link between field sales teams and brand marketing to identify trade marketing requirements, local market nuances, and promotional opportunities.
On-Ground Activation Execution: Coordinate end-to-end logistics for bar takeovers, festival stalls, tasting sessions, retail sampling, and brewery events in alignment with sales pipeline priorities.
Activation Compliance & Feedback: Ensure on-ground brand activations adhere strictly to visual guidelines, collect real-time field feedback, photograph setups, and report ROI back to marketing leadership.
