Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division,



responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic corporate and institutional clients. Day-to-day activities include overseeing key account portfolios, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and working with internal teams to design and deliver tailored health insurance and wellness solutions. The role involves preparing and executing business plans for assigned accounts, monitoring performance against targets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution. The Key Account Manager will collaborate closely with sales, underwriting, operations, and customer service teams to support renewals, negotiations, and long-term client retention. Regular reporting, market analysis, and participation in client meetings and presentations are integral to this position.
