Role Description The Reservations Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound reservation inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and maximizing room revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling. The specialist will provide courteous and efficient customer service, accurately manage reservation details in the system, and coordinate with front office and sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Daily tasks include answering calls and emails, verifying availability and rates,



resolving guest queries, and following standard operating procedures to maintain high service and accuracy standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and internal teams.
• Sales and Reservations expertise to convert inquiries into bookings and optimize revenue opportunities.
• Training experience or ability to support onboarding and coaching of team members on reservations processes.
• Proficiency with hotel reservation systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in hospitality, call center, or reservations is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; a hospitality or business-related qualification
