Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bareilly. In this role, the individual maintains and grows relationships with partners and customers, ensuring a seamless insurance experience from initial inquiry through policy issuance and post-sales support. Daily responsibilities include explaining insurance products, assisting with documentation,



coordinating with internal teams for policy processing, and resolving customer queries in a timely manner. The Relationship Manager tracks partner performance, identifies opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell suitable products, and supports local business development initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulatory and company guidelines, and contributing to a positive and cooperative workplace.
