Connect System India is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support our growing North American market. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, prospect engagement and dealer development for our range of commercial power distribution and cable-management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers across the USA and Canada.
* Identify and connect with electrical distributors, furniture dealers, architects, workplace solution providers and commercial project consultants.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the international sales team.
* Conduct follow-ups through phone calls, emails and LinkedIn.
* Introduce company products, share catalogs and identify business opportunities.
* Maintain lead databases, call records and follow-up activities in Salesforce CRM.
* Support dealer onboarding and new business development across North America.

Candidate Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, international calling,



telemarketing or B2B lead generation.
* Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
* Comfortable making outbound calls to North American customers.
* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools is preferred.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Work Schedule

* Hybrid working arrangement, with work-from-home flexibility.
* Evening/night shift aligned with North American business hours.
* Working hours will depend on the assigned U.S./Canadian time zone and daylight-saving schedule.
