? About the Role
We are hiring a Human Resources Trainee who is starting their very first job. This is an entry-level role where we will train you from the ground up in recruitment, onboarding, and people operations. That’s exactly why this opening is for freshers only.
? What You’ll Do
• Post jobs and manage candidate pipelines on our ATS
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents
• Maintain employee records and HR trackers in Google Sheets
• Create and run employee feedback surveys using Google Forms
• Support HR policies, employee communication,



and engagement activities

✅ Eligibility (ALL Mandatory, FRESHERS ONLY)
• Fresher with 0 years of full-time work experience (internships are fine)
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026, or currently in your final year
• Good written and spoken English
• Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms
• Own laptop and stable internet connection
