We are looking for a proactive, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller – Sales Executive to connect with verified leads, understand their business requirements, explain our services, and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Sales & Lead Conversion
• Call verified leads who are interested in launching or growing their skincare brands.
• Understand the prospect’s business stage, objectives, challenges, budget, and requirements.
• Explain Skinovation Sciences’ services and recommend relevant solutions.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and track sales progress.

2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned clients throughout their engagement.
• Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and resolution of client queries.
• Build trust and deliver a professional, positive client experience.

Client Coordination & Delivery Management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and deliverables are communicated clearly.
• Track project progress, timelines, and pending actions.
• Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and keep clients informed.
• Proactively identify and escalate concerns that may affect client satisfaction.

4. Reporting & Process Management
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Update the CRM or lead-tracking system regularly.
• Share sales updates, feedback, and market insights with the team.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
